Erikka McGee
2nd Vice Presiden

Workflows & lifecycle automation I build HubSpot workflows around the B2B customer lifecycle, using company data, lifecycle stage, lead status, and engagement activity to make sure the right contacts are enrolled at the right time. For lead nurturing, I create behavior-based workflows with multiple paths so messaging stays relevant, high-intent leads move faster, and inactive contacts aren’t over emailed. For SaaS campaigns, I automate lifecycle stage changes, lead scoring, sales alerts, and task creation to keep marketing and sales aligned. I regularly review performance, test workflow emails, and keep workflows organized and scalable.
Lead scoring & MQL prioritization
We have a dedicated HubSpot expert who manages lead scoring and segmentation setup. I review the performance and results regularly and adjust based on lead quality, conversion data, and sales feedback. Lead prioritization is based on a balance of fit and engagement, using demographic and firmographic data alongside behaviors such as content downloads, product page visits, and email interactions. When leads reach defined thresholds, lifecycle stages update automatically and sales is notified, with MQLs further segmented by industry, company size, and buying stage to ensure proper routing.
